| Probiotical Functional Food |  | The centuries-old Bulgarian tradition in the production of dairy products in addition to the extensive research done by a great number of Bulgarian scientists, made it possible to develop the original Bulgarian probiotic lactic-acid low-lactose products over the last 15-20 years. Generally, these products are functionally differentiated in terms of seasonality of use and medical indications.
The main feature of the probiotic products from our Biomilk product line is the content of live and latent Lactobacillus Bulgaricus cells in amounts ranging from several million to several billion per 1 g of dry matter. In scientifically developing the various products of the line, we paid special attention to the selection of lactic-acid bacteria for use in the biotechnological process.
